BASELINE Pickleball – Warranty Policy

At BASELINE Pickleball, we stand behind the quality and performance of our paddles, accessories, and apparel. All products include guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL:

  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • You are entitled to a repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not considered major.


1. Paddle Warranty

All BASELINE Pickleball paddles include a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches, face marks, ball-fiber buildup, fading logos, or edge guard scuffs)

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, improper care, or impact

    • e.g. paddle clashes, drops, hitting the ground, or carrying loose in a bag with sharp objects

  • Damage from exposure to heat, cold, moisture, or improper storage

  • Replacement or modified grips, removed grips, or grips that are stained, odorous, or heavily worn

  • Commercial, rental, coaching, or institutional use

  • Paddles showing signs of abuse, alteration, or intentional damage

To remain eligible, paddles must be used solely for personal recreational or competitive play and should not show excessive or inconsistent wear.


2. Apparel & Accessories Warranty

Apparel and accessories (including bags, caps, grips, and small items) are covered by a 3-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions

  • Accessories or grips that have been opened, installed, worn, or altered


3. Submitting a Warranty Claim

To lodge a claim, email:

Include:

  1. Your full name and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  2. Clear photos showing the defect or issue

  3. A short description of when and how the problem occurred

Once received, our team will assess the item. If your claim is approved, BASELINE Pickleball will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

Approved claims are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
