Customers have 30 days from the original purchase date to request a return or exchange (conditions apply). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund eligibility:

  • Within 7 days of receiving your paddle – Eligible for a full refund if returned in as-new condition with all original packaging.
  • After 7 days and up to 30 days – Returns may be accepted with a 20% restocking fee, provided the paddle is in as-new or lightly used condition.

Paddles that are damaged or heavily used will not be accepted for return or refund. “Damaged” includes, but is not limited to:

What does your paddle warranty cover?

BASELINE paddles come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and care.

All guarantees are in addition to rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (edge guard scuffs, surface scratches, fading logos)

  • Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or improper storage
  • Grips that are worn, stained, or replaced with aftermarket products
  • Commercial, rental, or institutional use

To maintain eligibility for warranty claims, paddles must be used for personal recreational or competitive play only and must not show signs of abuse or alteration.

What is your warranty on apparel and accessories?

Apparel and accessories (including bags, grips, and caps) are covered by a 3-month warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.

This does not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
